Once your design and manufacturing scope are agreed, your home moves into production. The factory stage brings together its structure, systems and selected finishes before it’s prepared for transport.
Foundation options include concrete piers, helical piles, a concrete slab, a crawl space or a basement. The suitable option depends on your home, site conditions and project requirements. When requested, Cheroke can coordinate foundation work through our partners. Factory construction and site preparation can progress alongside each other.
Delivery and placement are coordinated with site access, the prepared foundation and the installation team. These arrangements are reviewed before your home arrives.
